Service Provider Information We, at eRate Solutions, L.L.C. are interested in learning more about providers of services eligible under the Universal Service Fund or E-rate. Though we are unable to influence the competitive bidding process, we enjoy establishing a more personal relationship with our Customers' Service Providers. Close contact with our Customers' Service Providers ensures a quick turn around in receiving discounts or reimbursements for approved funding. We are able to use our intimate knowledge and experience, gained from our work at the SLD's Technical Client Services Bureau and Client Services Bureau, to bring understanding to the Universal Service Fund.
